Ab Workout Today:
101 - Situps (w/ 8lb medicine ball)
155 - Side to Side (w/ 8lb medicine ball)
120 - bicycle kicks
75 - Heals to Heavens
80 - Wood Chopper
And today was my day off... well, right now one of two days i'm suppose to take off. In addition to that, today is my cheat day. Needless to say, my abs hurt like hell and I don't really want to eat anything because it only makes it worse. Anyway, I figured I'd get that up before I get out for the day.
